FORT ANN, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Multiple first responders were dispatched to Sleeping Beauty Mountain on Sunday evening for a hiker experiencing heat exhaustion. OPPENHEIM, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Fulton County man was arrested on September 5 following an alleged armed burglary at a residence in Oppenheim. Police charged Wayne A. Gallt, 64, with burglary in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and menacing in the second degree. State Police responded to the residence at around 8:30 p.m. Investigations determined that Gallt entered the home uninvited and displayed what appeared to be a handgun. There were two victims in the home at the time. One disarmed and physically restrained Gallt while the other contacted 911. Police say the handgun was a pellet gun. JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Governor Mike Parson announces the appointment of a new Missouri Supreme Court Judge from the St. Louis area. Judge Kelly Broniec, 52, is originally from Montgomery City has worked for the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District since 2020. Parson named her for that post. A motorcyclist died Sunday after he was hit Friday by a driver at an Aurora intersection.The crash happened Friday afternoon just before 4:30 p.m. in the 400 block of South Abilene Street, Aurora police said in a Tuesday news release.A man riding a motorcycle was driving north on Abilene when the driver of a Honda SUV turned left from a shopping center parking lot.Both the man and the SUV driver, a woman, were taken to a hospital. 87-Year-Old Woman Pronounced Dead after DUI Collision near Polk StreetLOS ANGELES, CA (September 12, 2023) – Thursday evening, Aurora Reynozo was fatally struck in a DUI accident on Foothill Boulevard.The incident occurred shortly before 9:00 p.m., at the 14000 block of Foothill Boulevard near Polk Street in the neighborhood of Sylmar.Per reports, the driver of a northbound white Ford Fusion struck two people who were exiting their parked vehicle.
